For the 2008 race season, Erin Baker's will focus its sponsorship efforts on races with a minimum of 300 participants, and where a retail presence for the cookie has already been established. Please fill out the event sponsorship application to the best of your ability (you may include any other written information or explanation with the application to clarify your request). All sponsorship and donation requests are granted on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to allow at least 60 days before your event to turn in your application, especially during the peak summer months.

Occasionally, Erin Baker's does grant product donation to certain events. In 2008, Erin Baker's will focus its donation efforts to events and organizations which focus on promoting proper nutrition and fitness for children. We receive hundreds of donation requests each month for events that range from walk-a-thons to fundraisers for animals. This year it was necessary to refine our efforts to focus on the causes that align most with our values. In addition, we generally do not donate cookies when we have little or no retail presence in the area of the event. If you wish to submit a donation request for an event, please send a letter which includes the following information:

• What the event is
• Where the event is
• When the event is (at least 60 days notice before the event is required)
• How many participants

You may also include any other written information or promotional pieces regarding the event with your letter, the more information Erin Baker's has, the better we can make a decision.
