Delivery Time
Orders are processed to ship from our warehouse via UPS typically within 2-3 business days. Delivery time will depend on where your order is being shipped to (see below for estimates). To get your order more quickly you have the option of upgrading your shipping to 3 day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
NOTE: Upgrading your shipping only reduces the time in transit, not the order processing time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on UPS Published Rates and are calculated on package weight and delivery zip code. UPS charges a base rate of 5 lbs and shipping 1 dozen cookies can be quite expensive. We have found the shipping charges seem to average out at 3 dozen making the cost per dozen more reasonable. Shipping Hint: We recommend saving by ordering in larger quantities (Breakfast Cookies freeze up to a year and Granola has a 9 month shelf life) OR order together with a friend and split the shipping costs.

USPS Priority Mail
Orders shipped to HAWAII, ALASKA, APO/FPO & PO BOX addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. At this time our online ordering system does not calculate USPS rates. To place your order, please contact Customer Service Toll-Free at (877) 889-1090.
