I do not eat cookies, actually sugar in general. I was in a bind, needed some food and was given one of these little cookies. Cue the violins. What is this taste? This delicous, soft lemon cookie with a hint of molasses. They remind me of home, my childhood when my mom would put molasses in what seemed like everything. I love them so much. So delicious.
